Morgan + Jessica Olney Wedding

Morgan + Jessica Olney Wedding

Morgan and Jessica were a dream to work with and it was inevitable that these two were made to be together! Morgan and Jessica met when they were kids and these two even played little league baseball together along with her 2 brothers. Morgan and Jessica went to different high schools and only ran into each other at the local dancehall when they visited their hometown.. The only time they ever saw each other was when they would go out to dance.. Who would have ever thought that very thing called “dance” would be a big part of who they are today!

Jessica looked like a radiant royal princess and did it Kate Middleton style in her Elizabeth Lee Bridal gown. She held her composure and hid her nerves with such elegance for her forever day with her bride tribe and beautiful mother while they got dolled up on the second floor of the gorgeous venue The Reserve at Dancing Elk. (Did I mention I saw a camel there!?) I learned through our time together that Jessica and her mother Shelly have one of the strongest mother / daughter bonds I have ever seen. Every time Shelly would look at Jessica, she beamed with that proud mom glow!

Morgan had a smile from ear to ear and had such a humble confidence about him as if he had been preparing himself for this very moment all his life…  He waited patiently with his best buds in the grooms room at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church while he slipped on his boots and threw on his tux jacket cool calm and collective before the minutes dropped down to the final few before the clock strikes 3..

I’ll let the photos speak for themselves next! I can’t wait to share their love story through my lens!

Daizie Fuentez Quinceanera

I met Tina years ago and was excited when she asked me to be apart of her beautiful daughters special day! Let me tell you, Tina has her stuff together and is truly an organized soul! Daizie is so lucky to have Tina & John as parents. Just the time I’ve spent with them you can see the love they have for their children and would go above and beyond to make their dreams come true. They even surprised her with New England Patriots tickets!

Our day started at Hilton hotel where the lovely Daizie got all beautified in her suite with 30 of her closets friends by her side. She wore a beautiful white gown from Glitter Houston with nails painted in every florescent color to go with her neon theme. Daizie and her friends were picked up by a huge party bus… no.. more like a huge charter bus that brought her to Our Lady of Sorrows for the ceremony.

After the ceremony we took family portraits and the kids took a few group shots before headed out on a venture of their own until dinner. When Denise and I arrived at the Dome is was we were in awe of all the colorful and beautiful decorations! I mean, this place was immaculate! The Dome filled up with 100’s of their closets friends and family with music played by San Antonio DJ Jammin J Javi. It was definitely a night to remember! Here’s a sneak peek of some of my favorite photos of your special day Daizie! Thank you for choosing Captured Moments by Christine!

Yay! Can’t believe this day was finally here! Kortni & Marcus were such a pleasure to work with and it seemed like forever before we finally got to celebrate their wedding day.. The got back just a few days ago from the Bahamas so I’m excited to share their wedding portraits! Kortni & Marcus met on a blind date and have been in-seperatable ever since! Marcus loves to play guitar and according to Kortni attempts to sing but no matter what, he’s perfect to her. Marcus is more outgoing where Kortni is more mellow and anything that is relaxing to her such as riding horses, going to spas and beaches where the water is blue is more up her ally. Together, they balance each other out and make the perfect couple.

When I arrived to start my day with them, the weather was almost perfect minus the 25 mile per hour winds.. Not good for hair but, we got through it. Here’s a sneak peek of our day with Kortni & Marcus!

Cailyn’s Senior Session

Cailyn’s Senior Session

When mom scheduled Cailyn’s senior session she described her as simple, easy going and very causal. She mentioned taking photos wasn’t something she did often so of course I planned on giving her the best direction during her session and I was amazed! I’m like.. there’s no way this beauty isn’t in front of the camera often! She was a natural and it was so hard for me to pick just a few favorite pics… I wanted to post all 300 of them!

We started at one of the most beautiful historic and one of my favorite spots downtown.. The Victoria Courthouse… It is so neutral with simple landscaping but is always so well kept.. I gave her a few tips and tricks for our session and she was a rock star! At first like most seniors she was very quiet, but as the session progressed and we got to know each other her true spunky and fun self started to come out! I just love that.. That’s when we capture the true selves of our seniors..

Cailyn is a senior at El Campo High School, loves to swim and will be attending Texas State when she graduates.. We wish her nothing but the best of luck!

Here’s a sneak peek of this beauties session..

Taylor & Cameron

Taylor & Cameron

Taylor & Cameron are a ray of sunshine! When Taylor scheduled her session she mentioned that her and Cameron had been together for 6 years and had never taken professional photos before.. Whattttt! Meeting them for the first time and taking direction so well I would have never thought! They are so adorable together!

These two truly share something special in their relationship! Just the way they would look at each other you could see the love.. It’s definitely that deep kind of love that makes your heart skip a beat.. I kept hinting to Cameron that he should seal the deal soon.. LOL I’m sure he gets that enough but I thought I’d put my two cents in.

We strolled through downtown and the spots we selected for these two couldn’t be more perfect.. The weather was just right and the clouds were covering the sun just enough to give it that perfect lighting. Here’s a sneak peek of these two lovebirds!

Dulce & Robert

Dulce & Robert

When I met Dulce years ago, I absolutely adored her! I had the opportunity to photograph her baby boy and now I get to be apart of their forever journey! Planning their engagement session with her, we decided to travel to Austin and shoot at one of the places I wanted to check off my bucket list.. Mount Bonnell. The views were simply breathtaking at sunset and the weather couldn’t be more perfect!

When Dulce & Robert arrived I was already taken back by how he looked at her and had her by her hand making sure her every step was safe walking up the hill. I have the best couples! The one thing I always tell my couples prior to our session is “be yourselves and love each other like no-one is watching”. They were like pros! Every step of the way Robert wrapped his arms around Dulce, wispped her hair behind her ears and made her smile from ear to ear telling her things only she could hear. It was completely romantic and easy to capture them and how much they love each other.

Here’s a sneak peek of my session with Dulce & Robert at Mount Bonnell!
