I couldn’t think of a better way to spend my Memorial weekend than with Rachel & Chris! This couple is one of the most down to earth, sweetest and crazy fun individuals I have had the pleasure to work with and even though it was a bit on the windy side.. it was the most perfect day! Walking into the venue the decorator was putting together the blush details in their reserved seating, DJ was setting up and family was coming in from all different places of the world. I met some of their family that spoke nothing but French! It felt so positive and calm.. I just knew it was going to flow so smoothly..
A little insight about my awesome CM couples! They met 10 years ago at church camp (different churches same town). They became friends and 2 years later dated for the first time. Chris decided he was going to serve our country and enlisted into the military and soon got deployed. Putting their relationship on hold they remained friends as he served 4 years in the military and tours in Afghanistan. 4 years in college they talked every now and again still keeping in touch. Chris’ last semester in College he asked Rachel on a date and right away, she just knew he was the one! They soon moved in together and then he popped the questions! He proposed with a Beauty and the Beast rose in their rose garden behind their forever home. How cute is that!
